The diversity of the company is a huge advantage. It is very international, one gets to meet and work with people from all around the globe. Also since the company is multi-faceted, there is a lot of inter-departmental cooperation going on.

Cons

Since the brand isn't that established in the USA, the name value of being at the company is not that great. Also the size and the corporate bureaucracy can be limiting at times.
