Benefits are great Management supports equality in home life Overtime always available Opportunities beginning to open up within the company

Cons

Maintenance personnel considered part of the production group rather than having a maintenance group. Pay is lagging behind comparable local companies Bonus plan varies between departments...some managers better at setting goals than others and the associates suffer in the goal sharing.
