OK for a couple of years, but if you're looking for a career not in Management, not worth it to stay

Pros

Bosch is a big company and definitely a good place to work if you want to kick-start a career.

Cons

I dont feel that Management is there to grow the team, but rather to keep everyone's potentials and salaries at a minimum. If people dont get promoted within 3 years, they should leave. The leadership style is old and not adjusting to the changing working environments in America. Everything seems to be stuck in the 70s and 80s as far as thinking, change and Management style goes. New Management is coming in, but their ideas do not include teams or career advancements.

Bosch is a great place to rapidly build your skills, because you will immediately be thrust into responsibility. For skills that require development, there is ample opportunity, both internal and external, to ramp up to your potential.

Cons

The organization expects everyone to be contributing at a high level all of the time, and this often necessitates the sacrifice of personal time and creates stress that may be difficult to manage.
