Excellent teamwork amongst the worker bees. Highly educated and competent engineers and sales staff. Pleasant working atmosphere (big roomy building with nice fitness center and cafeteria).

Cons

Extremely disappointed in the management at Bosch. People are promoted based on seniority rather than competence. Managers have a sense of entitlement and worry more about the career ladder than the tasks at hand.

career advancement opportunities large multinational company good benefits, but not the best in the industry overall great company to work for if you enjoy large company corporate culture

Cons

average or below industry standard pay too engineering driven very heavy on process compliance which results in sometimes unaccceptably slow time to market
