Bosch is an excellent place to work, with competitive benefits. There is passion for engineering, a diverse global team, and continually evolving products to stay competitive in the ever-changing auto industry. Bosch has offered quite a great deal of stability of employment in an industry where layoffs of OEMs are frequent.

Even as a student intern I was treated at eye level and the dutch collegues, and my dutch supervisors had discussions with me and listened to my opinion.

Cons

Quite traditional engineering and corporate company, not a lot of innovative forms of work/collaboration.
