      Pros

      Not many anymore. There are still pockets of really good people trying to save the company from itself.

      Cons

      What used to be and engineering and research company is now controlled by the been counters. In spite of all the employees of the rank and file telling upper management that any profit gain the see will be temporary, they refuse to listen. They have embarked on path that results in outsourcing everything, including the engineering, design and research. They are counting on the brand to carry them through.

      Superior products...compensation is pretty good

      EVERYTHING is being outsourced or sent overseas. Primarily hire what they say is temp(through Randstad) to hire but they have no intentions of hiring full time employees. I worked for the company for a total of 18 years and had been laid off 3 different times. I would never, ever considering working there again....wondering if today is the day you are going to be laid off promotes a toxic work environment. The third and final layoff was the best thing that could have ever happened career wise.

      Good people New Gym in Corporate center

      Upper level management squandering mature talent with voluntary retirements and layoffs. Rumors running rampant causing motivation issues with employee's. Changes in culture of corporation no longer value employees.
