Pros

Bose as a company takes great care of their employees in terms of pay as well as benefits. They are the leading company in the consumer audio industry and clearly out perform their competitors. However, the corporate level management is often disconnected and unaware of what happens in stores, different stores operate under different understandings of policies as well as new changes roll out incredible slow. I love working for Bose but it personally is a company in which you are hard pressed to move upward without being lucky Good pay Small store staff Good discount on product Education assistance

Cons

Small store staff Work holidays Experience is dependent on your team at your store

Pros

Good benefits, and fair pay.

Cons

Small team structure is nice, but breeds political agendas. Watch out for who you upset, even if you're trying to do what is right for the company.
