Pros

A great company in regards to products, discounts, and company bonus payouts. The work/life balance is superb as almost all managers treat you professionally and allow you the freedom to come and go as needed with no looking over your shoulder.

Cons

The lack of opportunities for advancement can be demoralizing. It seems a select few are tapped for promotions or offered the opportunity to try something new, which leads to advancement.
