      Pros

      Customer focused. Great sounding products, not me too. Technically challenging and innovative. Great benefits and work/life balance. Willing to do some risky and different products.

      Cons

      The larger it gets, the slower it gets. Fairly poor people development. Some compensation disparity. In a group that I took over, the strongest guy was making significantly less than the weakest and it took a lot of effort and time to change this.

      Pros

      Benefits are cool for the work you are doing, lots of opportunity to get products as gifts from the company. Especially during the holiday season. Bonus based on overall store numbers in which everybody takes part in ...call it team commission.

      Cons

      Pray you don't have a less than notable manager...micro managing maniac that trips over every single little thing than has customers ready to fight him in the store but yet the company still found a way to promote him....HR seems to cater to the brown noses...Seen a manager with an MBA and tons on experience get turned down and have a brown nose from the sticks with less education get the position over him...

      Pros

      Allows for some flexibility in hours (depending on your role). There is a week off between Christmas and New Year's, which is wonderful!

      Cons

      No chance for advancement, if that's something you desire. What you do when you start, is basically what you'll be doing years down the road.
