Over two decades here and the essence and values are still at the core of the company. They are transforming multiple facets of the company to continue to innovate and deliver value to our customers at speed. This type of change isn't necessarily popular with many employees, but it's critically needed for the company to continue to be successful.

Cons

Salaries are typically lower than similar roles in the area. Benefits don't always offset this.
