Pros

Great learning enviroment and if you work hard as a team the bonuses are very generous. Team commission makes it so that nobody is fighting over sales.

Cons

They don't always promote from within and often hire mangers from outside of the company which makes for difficult transition and requires a period of time for the new employee to understand the culture of the store. In the mean time it is left to the rest of the team to unofficially train the new manager, or suffer while they try to impliment thier own ideas...that may or may not work.
