Pros

Pension program and generous employee discount The fitness center located on site has a variety of equipment

Cons

No PTO is allowed to be taken during all of November and December Required to work 12 days straight through Thanksgiving, including the weekends with 830 am calls every day. This company does not care about you, your family, or personal time Culture of bullying with mean leaders micromanaging every project due to the lack of trust amongst staff/across departments Too many cooks in the kitchen that cause duplicative work with chaotic / inefficient processes Planned employee reductions every year and there is obvious favoritism. This also helps reduce those who may soon qualify for their pensions. It’s a bait and switch Culture is nonexistent in the Framingham office Expected to work on weekends and there’s a lack of work / life balance. They make people dial in for meetings while on PTO and expect you to be available at all times

Pros

1. Great HR 2. Good teammates 3. CEO and upper management have good ideas. 4. Competitive benefits. 5. Good place to work right after college to gain experience and then leave after 3 - 4 years of service.

Cons

1. Pay below average. 2. Software is really messy, I mean really messy. Team leads are old and have no motivation to change old design patterns that are used. Quality is declining with every new feature added to old code. 3. People who have worked there for 12+ years run the show. They don't want to change and hence oppose any good ideas upper management brings. 4. No appreciation for a job well done. Not even a small "thank you" note. 5. Forget about promotions. No upward movement once you reach Engineer level 2. You have to apply to open jobs internally, go through grueling 5 -6 rounds of interviews again just to get to the next level.
