      Used to be a great place to work

      Too MB any chiefs and not enough workabees. Upper management direction keeps changing. Bose is like a revolving door with the amount of jobs going to Europe. Sad as it was at one point a great place to work

      no longer about employees and research, only focus is the dollars chase low profit margins instead of focusing on big profit products

      The people - the ones who have been there for many years.

      Cons

      Where do I begin....Bose used to value its employees, Dr Bose really built this company up. After he passed in 2013, the company went downhill, getting rid of all their once valued employees, going against everything Dr Bose stood for. It's such a shame. I would not feel secure working here, they continue to lay ppl off, offering a VERO package for a second time, and are only hiring entry level people. Poor Dr Bose.
