Favoritism towards few employees friends of the supervisors, the rules do not apply to them. Lazyness is rewarded if you are one of those “selected” ones. No meritocracy whatsoever, all is needed is goin for lunch and to smoke cigarettes with the supervisors. Bad management, pretty unfair particularly to foreign employees, some of them extremely cocky and arrogant. The Lisbon hub is probably the only shared service center that has few or no native language speakers...they simply hire locals and even better if they are friends of the current managers. Total disrespect towards the people that do some real work, the credit for that is given to the few friends of the supervisors, while blame ofr mistakes is shifted on those who actually do the work.
