Pros

Bose was a great place to work I used to look forward to coming to work everyday because of the work environment. We were like family, supporting and helping each other. We were empowered to provide a high level of service to customers.

Cons

The big change has affected everyone. Management do not listen and hard work and dedication does not stand for anything.

Interesting products, interesting history and science behind the product.

Cons

Terrible culture, terrible upper level management, terrible place to work. Bullying and backstabbing seems to be common. To structured in delivery of scripting and doesnt allow for people to be genuine. Great product, terrible business.
