      Pros

      Best place I've ever worked. It was a great run while it lasted: great products, excellent training and support, wonderful leadership.

      Cons

      The pressure for growth, growth, always growth coupled with the passing of Dr. Amar Bose (an original OG Innovator if ever there was one) took the company to levels of complexity it had difficulty managing. From contributing in a department renowned for service and support to watching our brand diluted by outsourcing to the Philippines was a crying shame. Adieu Bose.

      Pros

      I think the thing I liked most about Bose was the other employees. Everyone was easy to work with, considerate and respectful.It really was a family atmosphere.

      Cons

      The downside was that the company began outsourcing and relocating segments outside the United States. The plant I was working at finally shut down completely and relocated to Mexico.
