      Pros

      Fantastic co-workers and managers, good training, and a very positive atmosphere. I really enjoyed working there, and I had hoped to continue.

      Cons

      Because cost outweighed us, we were outsourced this year. I was recommended to move to support more difficult products in January, and...they suddenly truncated what is usually a 3 week training, 1 week transition to one week in entirety. This extended my stay with Bose by a few extra months, but then it ended. Hurray.

      The good thing is you kinda have a job but not really.

      Cons

      Run away please just as I am. I started here 3 years ago and it is CHANGING like cray cray. The customers are becoming more and more rude due to upper management relaying the message customers can literally get what they want. Management is getting cut, products never come out, hours are getting cut. The company cannot figure out what's up and down. Spiralling out of control until we are no more. Don't expect much from this job seriously. There is no room for growth, there only room for you to be fired/let go soon.

      free product. i wouldnt pay a penny for their worthless products. so free product is nice to give away to people.

      Cons

      they are a failing company. going straight down the tubes. they even go as far as to write fake reviews on glassdoor.com to fight off truthful reviews like mine.
