      Pros

      Interesting work. Supplying Tesla with thousands of different fasteners. Also John Deere, but that is dropping off dramatically. Several locations around the world.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments. Lower pay. Several people let go recently because of cuts. Seems like the worst ones are still around, though.

      Reporting directly to Scott Mac Meekin was a great experience and of significant value. Interesting exposure to logistics and warehouse management. Plenty of lattitude to define strategy and tecnologies to support my plans.

      Cons

      Over-bearing control from HQ in Switzerland. New regional management preferred all Singaporean team
