      Pros

      Bossard is a company filled with some great people who work in the fastener industry. If there was ever a hard day on the job, I had support from where ever I needed it. My managers were also very understanding and very supportive of whatever I did. The people there are awesome!

      Cons

      A lot of "corporate" hoops. This company is very process oriented. They stick to a process rather than listen to employees I feel. I also feel like favoritism is a factor at this job. There is not a lot of room for upward growth.

      Company was great to work for, challenged me to grow with the company, enjoyed my co-workers, except for my manager.

      Pros

      They had a vision to grow the company, and were looking to empower and invest in their current employees through continuous education and professional development. Enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      Compensation could have been a little higher. My manager was an extreme micro-manager to the point he was calling me at home on my personal time and harassing me. He also seemed to enjoy berating and belittling me when given the chance. THIS was the only con to the company for me.
