Pros

The people are the best! Everyone is very happy, easy going, hard working, and fun. Everyone is passionate about the ballet and the performing arts in general. This is a great environment for a creative person, not just dancers and ballet patrons. You get free tickets to productions and discounts on classes and merchandise.

Cons

Because it is a non-profit, there are problems with promotions and turn over. It can be quite difficult to move up in certain roles.

Pros

Great people, excellent communication between manager and employees, free tickets to all ballets, creative culture!

Cons

Shows run late, so if you don't like working until 10PM or later, this might not be for you.
