Pros

The dancers are fabulous, world renowned choreographers, decent benefits, free tickets to shows

Cons

Unfortunately there is no room for advancement. Instead you are given a new title with a slight pay increase for the same position. Management has a pass the buck mentality, with no real direction given.

Cons

Cubicles, Communication often feels like you're interrupting others' work, You sometimes feel cut off from others, Workload fluctuates depending on where in the season the Ballet is.
