Pros

Pay was fine, but the benefits like free tickets and classes made up for it. The environment amongst the other studio admins was nice, and the work wasn't challenging.

Cons

management/upper level employees weren't always friendly, and the organizational structure of the company was confusing which made knowing who to direct questions to challenging.

Very low pay

Pros

The best reason to work at Boston Ballet is purely out of love for the art form and for the company name

Cons

The pay is humiliatingly low. cleaners make more hourly than a pianist who has trained decades to be playing at this level. The disgustingly low pay rate speaks loud and clear about how the company undervalues its employees.
