It was nice to work for such a large company, but I didn't have a lot of responsibilities or things to do.

Large Company, Large Arts Organization, Getting to know the dancers, Renown, Chances to mingle, Very nice area (South End), Benefits

Cons

Cubicles, Communication often feels like you're interrupting others' work, You sometimes feel cut off from others, Workload fluctuates depending on where in the season the Ballet is.

Pros

The Marketing team is a well run team with a great sense of collaborating and team building. The CMO truly cares about the wellbeing of the team, and pushes the mission forward. Benefits are great and the team is always flexible to help support when you feel overworked or overwhelmed.

Cons

If you want to pursue a career in Development and you can handle a job where you’re screamed at by a CDO to the point where you’re sobbing in a different coworker’s office on a weekly basis, this is the job for you. Organizationally, there is rarely room for upwards growth, and the compensation you make for the job you work is laughable.
