Pros

- Loved my team - Shifts passed quickly due to the nature of customer service

Cons

- Some days were incredibly busy, others incredibly slow - The clientele of Boston Ballet School is largely wealthy and talks down to Studio Administrators. Truly some of the nastiest customer service interactions I've ever witnessed happened here
