Pros

I loved my time at BBLC as the HR Manager and had a great experience working with everyone at every level in the organization -- knowing that I was contributing to some amazing work to help kids in need of early intervention services was incredibly rewarding, and I couldn't recommend the organization enough.

Pros

All of the RBTs and BCBAs are dedicated to what they do and care about the clients. Everyone is there to help and work together to achieve the goals set for the clients. The team is truly a team with constant communication and awesome supervisors.

Cons

Burnout is always high in this field, even with the best working environments. The number of sick days doesn't cover the number of days needed for mental health or physical sickness.
