      Pros

      The people are extremely kind, have a very long tenure and allow you to learn and ask questions safely. The benefits and programs in place for employees are absolutely insane (in the best way). The facilities are gorgeous, they are so generous in the technology and products they provide to support workflow. I could go on for years.

      Cons

      My group is new to the company and there are some (to be expected) learning curves with our integration into the structure of teams.
