Pros

Really nice people, inclusive environment, great on-site amenities, and lots of opportunities for learning and growth. If you can, just ask people for one on ones, they will probably say yes and you can gain a lot of knowledge from hearing people talk about their experiences.

Cons

It's a big company, so you might get lost. A lot of people are moving fast and on tight deadlines so they might not be helpful, but I think you could say that about a lot of companies.
