Pros

Many open people you can talk to. They are generally very willing to set up a one on one and walk through job experience, tips, etc. They are respectful towards your work life balance and you can be involved ERGs during your work hours.

Cons

As a co-op, it matters which site you go to. Surprisingly, Marlborough didn't have a well-established Co-op system compared to other sites, but it was still a great experience with a lot of learning.
