Pros
Pay... Was ok but was the only thing they could compete on. Middle mgmt was still trying... Staff too, but too many Directors and VP's promoted for political reasons rather than ability.
Cons
Career development is limited to the two weeks before your review where managers exchange barbs in a race to define the bottom 15%. HR is a joke. Completely outsourced and incompetent. Payroll errors, benefits errors that went on for months with little care for the impact to the employee
