      Pros

      They will train the heck out of you. However you end up not using most of the training anyway. Very procedure driven for good reasons - they operate in a regulated industry.

      Cons

      The "good ole boy" club is alive and well. You are either in it or not. Not a very diverse or inclusive company - just look at management. They is very little opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Your experience working there is based on if you are a favorite or not. If your a favorite you get to do whatever you want. If your not, then you are responsible for doing all the work and walking on eggshells.

      Cons

      You are exposed to toxic chemicals from whoever owns the building and nothing is done about. They will wear you down until you quit or have one of their minions gather information to get you fired, You never get a raise only more work. all they care about is their favorites. there is racism and bias in the company. HR lies and covers everything up.
