      Pros

      Great at promoting Diversity and Inclusion at the workplace. Great environment for networking. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Depending on what department you are in, there is/isn't a real opportunity for promotion. Although there is a development coaching process where manager and employee can set defined goals, the process can be more political than merit based

      Pros

      Benefits, summer hours, company makes products that save lives.

      Cons

      All I heard about from friends at BSC is the work/life balance and summer hours. I see it in other areas but not my area. That needs to change if you want to retain employees. Working from home should be available to anyone not just the chosen few. The cafeteria is relatively inexpensive but unfortunately that is the only option. Once you in the building there is no where else to go.
