Pros
Wages are good compared to other places. Evening shift suit me well. Company has policies in place to avoid bullying, so it is a good place, The room were I worked everyone was pretty sound, tho there is always one that doesnt know what team work means. Overall is a very good company with good benefits, once you are no longer an agency worker for them. Depending in which stage of your life you are in, ie: if all you want is stable work and stable income because you have family, its a good place, but if you are aiming for more and to grow, well it will be a long long journey.
Cons
Chances of stepping on the ladder not good if you dont know anyone higher, If you are an agency worker you have less perks. But fair enough, after 1 years there as agency and if you do well you can become a Boston employee
