      Pros

      Opportunity to assist patients with life changing medical technology. Technology of company is well researched and manufactured.

      Cons

      The sales environment is not patient driven. There sole concern is for the sales person to sell as many medical devices possible using any means necessary. On a good day I would rate there executive sales management team to be less than ethical.

      Good salaries, flexible schedules, and good benefits. Company is medical device company with facilities in the united states and around the world.

      Cons

      When i first started at the company, there were many opportunities for advancement and salary increases as well as big bonuses and stock options. As the company began to buy other companies the morale and opportunities were not that great.
