      Pros

      Big company, good co-workers, fair low level management, no micro-management. Flexible schedule, plenty of parking thanks to the reduced workforce. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      The years of Boston Scientific trimming the fat from CRM space has created a non-motivated workforce that seriously lacks innovation. Offshoring technical resources creates stress and strain in the product development cycle. The future of CRM has limited growth potential in a saturated marketplace.

      What you do makes a difference, will be given a lot of freedom to operate.

      Cons

      People stay a long time. Location is not optional. Very quick to restructure, although that mentality is waning.

      Some of the greatest product builders, and support groups, that make devices to repair the heart. Great benefits, and work life experience.

      Cons

      Some of the directors and managers have little training or experience in how to motivate, or handle the workers. They seem to feel that respect is automatically expected, and not earned.
