      Pros

      The company is a leader in medical devices and therefore you won't need to explain it too much when asked. The work can be interesting at times.

      Cons

      Too many meetings. Too many layers of bureaucracy. Lots of politics and turf wars. Less emphasis on getting quality work done and more emphasis on marking projects complete to move onto others.

      Pros

      Benefits and some of the co-workers were great and talented

      Cons

      An awful place to work. Money was meek and the workload of general individuals depends on whether you are connected to lead ops and managers. Social exclusion and a disregard for regulatory obligation via the policy of cutting corners throughout their front end assembly operations in the name of efficiency and a further blacklisting of employees who attempted to question this policy was prevalent throughout Boston during my time there.

      Pros

      New execs are much better at walking the talk and seem to have set a good direction for the company. Having the company in a growth mode makes everybody much more excited and engaged.

      Cons

      Still seem to have a do more with less attitude. New acquisition... well, just add it to your project list... but you can't remove anything. Oh, and you can't hire more people.
