      Pros

      They get the job done, no matter what obstacles. People are talented and strive to make a difference. Management desires collaboration and innovation. They recognize teams/individuals for good work. Most giving organization ever experienced. Always a humanitarian effort underway. Promote flexibility with time schedules and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Organization so big there is much bureaucracy; no facility to make quick decisions. Company does not invest in IS, focusing attention instead on products, while IS does not have enough people to do their job without overtime and stress at all levels. People do not have time for collaboration or innovation. Solutions are keeping fires out not leapfrogging global peers. People hopeful when they arrive but leave when they find they can not make a real difference. Too much outsourcing to India for support. Teams frustrated, internal customers hate service quality. They look to SaaS solutions so they do not have to deal with internal support system.
