      Pros

      Good products, focused on innovation and giving patients the best there is to offer. Competitive in price with some of the other larger players in this space.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, high turnover. Management has no consistency in decision making, and is allowed to decide territory changes and compensation with no accountability to their employees or senior leadership. They are free to decide who stays and goes.

      The company has a good work/life balance. The people who work for the company are smart, professional and personable.

      At the time I worked at the company there was a number of organizational changes. These changes cause some anxiety simply because employees are trying to figure out how they fit into the organization.
