      Their product really help people, and save lives. As an employee, it feels good that you are part of the team that help people in life-death situations.

      Cons

      Large company with overlapping duties and responsibilities. Not recognized at individual level. Too much politics.

      great money nice work enriornment and the people in there were very nice i was there for 6 months and cant fault the place at all .. good luck

      boring work you are doing the same thing over and over.. if your the kind of person that can do that then the money is enough to compensate

This company's systems and processes have been refined and forged by hard work and extensive scrutiny that is highly compliant, and more and more lean, resulting in a best in class medical device power house.

      Found it hard to advance. Opportunity seemed limited. Often left on your own to find your way.
