Business Outlook
Pros
Great company and great culture - everyone was committed to their jobs and willing to go the extra mile. Lots of benefits for employees including an onsite credit union, gym with free classes, day care and great cafeteria.
Cons
The only downside is that the location is tough if you're used to being in Boston. It's a hike from downtown and there's not much around the Marlborough campus. However, BSC was piloting some initiatives like a coach bus from the city to the campus each day to save commuters hours of driving in traffic.
