Good benefits; good training. Work-life balance is very good. Ability to work from home when needed

After being there for 10 years, there were a lot of ups and downs (too many changes), but I think the company is finally on track.

Great benefits and a fast-paced environment. Direct patient interaction is fun and rewarding. Great technology

Cons

QOL/ Work-life balance is VERY poor. Personal time is non-existent, they think since they pay for your phone bill that you should be on your phone 24/7- even if something isn't urgent. Good luck having absolutely no true personal life. Training program is just average, there is a large gap in communication between the training program and mentors who are to help train you. Environment is extremely high stress.
