      Pros

      Roles often engage in a range of tasks not necessarily part of immediate job role s, which leads to expansion of skills and experience. Decent company benefits, including health care, annual salary review and bonus schemes. The wider company values are respectable and the company appears to have a decent reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Attitude towards Quality on Surrey site is poor. This site has a toxic environment fuelled by a focus on pushing product out of the door rather than on compliance to procedures or GmP. Site leadership is weak and does not empower those who have a passion to maintain integrity and compliance. There is a severe lack of accountability instilled in teams aside QA and there is a culture of bullying and favouritism that stems from the site managers. Opportunities are given only out of convenience to management, and not as a result of hard work, integrity and capability.
