Pros
Team members in Capital Equipment in Fremont are great. Very enjoyable working environment. There is a lot of work, but the needed resources are easily accessible. Management does a great job at facilitating and allowing you to do a good job.
Cons
It's a good thing I enjoy the environment. When I asked my manager what I needed to do to get a promotion to principal level, he told me to forget it; that doesn't happen here.
