      Good products, pleasant office environment

      Cons

      Good old boys culture...limited career opportunities unless you are one of the few in the club, no meaningful or transparent succession planning. Poor management continues to keep stock price depressed for many many years. Morale is low, layoffs to squeeze more and more from existing employees.

      Excellent opportunity to work with and investigate a broad spectrum of medical devices.

      Cons

      If you're not part of management when you're hired, you likely won't be due to the lack of internal development. The turnover is huge and they tend to hire managers from other firms than reorganize departments.
