      Pros

      The company is attractive, fun people, smart coworkers, and hard workers. Management seems to care about the present and future of the employees, especially the young, inexperienced ones. Rapid changes mean plenty of opportunity for individual advancement.

      Cons

      Have been hiring exclusively 'defined term' employees for about a year. Defined term cuts out some benefits, including tuition assistance, annual bonuses, and severance packages. The approaching change/move is on people's minds.

      Used to be a scientific and community minded company. Good work life balance advocated by senior management . Many locations.

      Cons

      Cronyism , hierarchical society, isolated leadership, especially in smaller groups. Leadership in ethnic groups not cultivated . No opportunities for leadership or advancement for technical experts .
