      Company not growing as fast as it used to Very little professional growth at Management levels Executive Management is new and not very familiar with the business and it's complexities Base salary targets the 50th percentile nationwide Benefits, bonuses and stock grants have reduced yearly Reductions in Force almost on a yearly basis

      Flexible work life balance, industry standard compensation, A great fulfilling satisfaction to positively impact the lives of patients !

      Cons

      Only the good old boys club are promoted ! Hard work does not compete with Yes men on the way up the ladder. A management culture only wants to hear the good news. Bad news must be hidden and forbid to escalate or the messenger will pay the consecuences. Do not foster an evironment of tell the bad and the ugly. How to ensure we improve and pay attention to the ugly before we get escalated to an FDA observation or 483 ! again, and again.

      Pros

      Opportunity to contribute to bettering the lives of patients. We actually do make a difference!

      Cons

      All current employees must sit down with their management and ask if their jobs are going to be affected by EMI. We have heard that EMI is going to expand our market into emerging markets. This is a good thing. What is not being said is that 500 to 800 jobs are going to be outsourced to India beginning this summer. Your manager may not give you a straight answer but it is better to protect yourself and your family by starting your job search now.
