      Pros

      The people that work here are pretty friendly. You can also work as much or as little as you want.

      Cons

      There is no R&D pipeline for all divisions. Boston Scientific is doing the bare minimum until they are restructured and positioned for a buyout. You aren't going to be able to build a strong career or develop your skill set when there is hardly any work and morale is very low. When the stock hits $15, J&J or Abbott will buy this company & then it will probably be a good time to join.

      Pros

      The people (fellow employees) are amazing and incredible to work with. I really enjoy the work I do on a daily basis and the willingness of all my peers to help. No selfishness about getting ahead.

      Cons

      The management seems a bit lost at times. Guidant had a better culture and was more geared towards retaining top talent instead of delivering new products. Delivering is important obviously but not to the point where they don't take care of their employees.
