      Pros

      You are helping people, providing better methods to treat illnesses. We get together occasionally to listen to testimonials from individuals that we have helped. Makes all the other stuff seem somewhat less important.

      Cons

      We still cannot seem to get out of our own way. Guidant purchase may pay off some day. The stock they gave everyone last year is still underwater.

      Pros

      There are some dedicated, seasoned professionals remaining from much company transition. Good medical device products after much emphasis on quality & control. Good work environment (St Paul).

      Cons

      'Reductions in Force' have ravaged the talent pool forcing remaining staff to take on more & sometimes leading to costly mistakes. Marketing appears to be a revolving door. As an independant, the financial deparment (payment system) lacks in experience/professionalism. Research is lagging... this is a potential death sentence for a Medical Device company. This comapnay is now board-room driven & lacks the leadership that made it 'buy-able'. Good luck now riding past performance. Wall Street is watching.
