      Pros

      medical device saving lives, bright and friendly people, good benefits. Nice working life balance. Good training opportunities. Used to be a great place to work when it was Guidant.

      Cons

      It's not at the best time, re-org quite often recently. Closing divisons and a major outsourcing initiative that will send hundreds of jobs to India and China.

      Variety of work, exposure to a lot of different scenarios in regards to medical device manufacturing, intelligent management, good pay

      Cons

      Not much to do in Indiana, some people at facility don't really enjoy helping co-ops, some people very lazy at facility
