If you are aggressive, you will get opportunity to work in a variety of job functions and maybe even different geographies. If you're not aggressive, it may be a good pay check play as long as you look busy.

Management is willing to have a flexable schedule within reason. Always an opertunity for advancement, either management or tech growth. People are willing to help out when asked and show a lot of respect for your work. There is a shut down for certain parts of the company between Christmas to New Years, which is really nice, but it does require you to use a couple of your vacation.
