      Good leadership at the very top. High integrity company. Inclusive.

      Cons

      Some poor strategic acquisitions. Need more internal R&D instead of accretive growth. Training and onboarding are decidedly poor and the continued investment in its core sales force has become spotty. Lots of churn at the VP level has led to scattershot leadership of my division.
